About CMMCS Saloons & Silhouettes

Three Classic & Modern Motorsport Club Southern series that share one grid and one set of races while scoring separately. Super Saloons admits some of the fastest saloon cars in national club racing under regulations written to stop any one car running away; Tin Tops (Production Saloons) is for saloons kept close to road specification, with arrive-and-drive cars available; and the Intermarque Silhouettes are space-frame racers wearing bodywork that resembles a BMW Z4, Audi TT, Mercedes SLK, Vauxhall Tigra, Peugeot 206, Ginetta or Ford. Long based at Brands Hatch, the grid now travels as a guest to BRSCC and MSVR meetings at Snetterton, Lydden Hill, Silverstone and Mallory Park, and to the American SpeedFest; a season runs to about twelve races over six meetings.
