For clubs and circuits

Trackside lists your meetings already, gathered from your public calendar. Claiming your page puts you in charge of it: what it says, where it links, and when the weekend is.

What claiming gives you

• A “Managed by” mark on your championship or circuit page, linking to your organisation.
• Your website and social accounts in the page header, and lent to every championship you run.
• Your own description and guide sections, published as you write them and credited to you.
• Your season and timetables: upload your calendar, publish a timetable PDF, correct a date — live at once, in your name.

What it costs

Nothing. Trackside is free for fans and for the clubs and circuits they follow. There is no listing fee, no tier and no catch.

How it works

1. Send the request below, or the “Claim it” link on your page. Tell us who you are and which championships or circuits you run.
2. We reply to confirm it is you — a quick email — and grant the claim to your organisation.
3. You and your editors then manage the page from your club dashboard.
