Circuit
Teesside Autodrome is a multi-discipline motorsport complex on the banks of the River Tees, close to the Riverside Stadium in Middlesbrough. The venue is built around what is recognised as one of the longest kart circuits of its type in Europe, and karting is its mainstay, from corporate and arrive-and-drive sessions to full championships. Among its kart events are an annual 24-hour endurance race, a Winter Endurance Series and the SG Petch Open Championship, which alternates between the National and International kart layouts, as well as rounds of the Club 100 series. Beyond karting, an in-house Track Day Club runs car track days and race-car driving experiences on the MSA/ACU layout. The site is accredited by the governing body to host speed events and stages regular sprints on its aprons. It has also become well known as a home of drifting in the north of England, hosting rounds of the British Drift Championship. An off-road rally stage adds further variety, and the central location gives good access from Stockton, Darlington, Hartlepool and the A19 and A66.
