Circuit
The Autódromo Rosamonte, also known as Autódromo Ciudad de Posadas, is a race track located on the outskirts of Posadas, Misiones Province, Argentina. Founded in 1980, it underwent a major transformation in 2006-2007, including a new loop and a reversal of direction to anti-clockwise. The circuit is characterized by its challenging layout with slopes and climbs, reflecting the Misiones terrain, notably the "Carousel" contracurve. Since its 2007 remodeling, it has become the most crucial racing circuit in the province, hosting the popular Turismo Carretera series. The main extension measures 4.370 km and features nine turns. Further changes in 2011 eased turns and widened areas, while 2015 saw the addition of a kart circuit and a chicane on the main straight, though the chicane is not used by Turismo Carretera.
