National Junior Sportbike Championship

The 1pMobile National Junior Sportbike Championship is the entry-level junior class on the British Superbike support programme, created for 2026 as the successor to the one-make Kawasaki Superteen. It is open to any model meeting a 73hp performance equivalence — the Kawasaki ZX-4RR, Kove 450RR Pro and Yamaha YZF-R7 among them — for riders aged 14 to 23, with a two-year extension for women. The class was designed as a technical pathway: an entry-level machine can be developed into the higher-specification British Sportbike class, keeping the step between the two affordable. Nine events on the BSB bill make up the season.
