About NCTS
The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series is a pickup truck racing series owned and operated by NASCAR. It is the third of the company's three national divisions, behind the NASCAR Cup Series and the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series, and the only NASCAR national series to race production pickup truck-based stock cars. Founded as the NASCAR SuperTruck Series in 1995, it has run under Craftsman and Camping World naming, and becomes the NASCAR FedEx Freight Truck Series from 2027.
